The role:
As the Warehouse Storeperson, you will:
- Manage the daily activities of the warehouse – receiving, picking and packing, dispatch, and inventory control
- Check and receipt goods delivered into the system
- Update the sales and customer service team on ETA’s and any dispatching issues
- Book couriers and liaise with transport companies to ensure orders are dispatched and delivered on time
- Operate the stand-up forklift to unload trucks and put away stock into allocated areas
- Manually picking customer orders (pick-slips)
- Oder and maintain warehouse supplies
- Ensure company and warehouse OH&S standards are maintained
Requirements:
- Forklift licence – LF/LO
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in a full-function warehouse role
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
