About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated team member to join us in a Customer Support role in Maryborough QLD. This is a busy role in a dynamic and fast paced environment, you will be accountable for the Backup and Support to Business Development and Customer Support with Data entry, Sales support and various other duties.
Your days will be busy and varied, and will include:
- Following up on Tender Quotes
- Collating, preparing and sending reports
- Lead Generation & Telemarketing
- Taking tendering related phone calls from clients during staff absences
- Data entry
- Monitoring incoming emails
About You:
You will thrive in this role if you have a positive attitude to work and are willing to be trained.
- Telemarketing experience desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Proficient across Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong customer service skills
