Webforge Locker are seeking a motivated and highly experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Pinkenba, QLD site.

Our Webforge Locker division is a leading manufacturer of metal flooring and allied products. Our product range spans from access flooring and safety barrier solution to Architectural and Extractive screening products.
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will make an impact by:
- Daily management of site operations and their processes
- Coordinate all site receipting processes ensuring timely deliveries of materials and services are achieved in line with operations requirements.
- Monitor and report on the department performances, including continual review of opportunities and improvements in operational processes
- Ensure employees are trained and supervised in their relative areas
- Review and maintain OHS documentation and activities, including management of the site safety calendar and business expectations of zero TRIR’s,
- Responsible for Work Order Management, Purchase order (PO) receipting and maintenance and cycle counting process management.
- Ensure goods are supplied to our client’s requirements, including Quality inspection/documentation.
- Arrange transportation of customer orders when required.
- Coordinate and manage pick and pack activities to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
- Develop and maintain accurate stores inventory.
About you
- Qualification in Logistics, Warehousing, Freight or Distribution related fields
- Valid Forklift & Crane qualifications
- Extensive experience as Warehouse Supervisor and/or coordination experience, preferably obtained within manufacturing or logistics
- Proven ability leading and supervising a small team in a similar environment
- Well-developed safety awareness and orientation to process
- Effective communication skills – down, up and across
- Understanding of ERP system, preferably experience using QAD
- Maintaining Product SLA lead-times for QLD and Intercompany Customers
- Demonstrated success in coordinating, planning and of supplying and delivering of goods.
