- Operational Skills: Leverage your expertise in warehouse management systems and high-level planning to optimize efficiency.
- Leadership: Lead, motivate, and empower employees through effective communication, excellent leadership, and regular performance feedback.
- Customer Focus: Establish a customer-centric culture by implementing initiatives that enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Relationship Building: Guide Team Leaders and Operational Staff to achieve overall objectives and ensure customer success.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by conducting daily inspections and implementing preventive measures.
About you:
- Supervisory experience in a warehouse environment, preferably with previous 3PL experience is highly regarded.
- You will have proficiency in building and maintaining customer relationships via phone, email and in person.
- Strong planning, organisational skills, and confidence in data interpretation for reporting is essential.
