We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team. Based at our Distribution Centre in Bowral, working closely with our national team, external suppliers and partners, your main responsibilities will include:
- Hands on Management of our warehouse team
- Picking, packing and physical stock management as required
- End to end supply chain management
- Responsibility for the maintenance & security of our Bowral facility
- Responsibility for our warehouse management system and related technologies
- An ability to develop and manage relationships with inventory & freight partners to drive positive business outcomes
- Executing outstanding Customer Service via the delivery of operational excellence
In addition to your skillset and experience, you will display the following:
- A positive "can do" attitude with a high level of self- motivation
- Previous success in a warehouse, team leadership and/or stock control role
- Highly organized and solutions focused
- Strong communication and organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and appropriate software programs inclusive of warehouse management systems
A personal interest in natural health, wellness & beauty industry is advantageous.
