AddressMindil Beach Casino Resort is looking for an experienced Warehouse supervisor to join our busy warehouse team. In this role you will oversee the smooth, safe and efficient operations of daily warehousing tasks. You will also have a small team that you will oversee, assist with developing, leading and training to ensure effective and efficient operation of the business.

About this opportunity:
- Lead the warehouse team to assist with a smooth operation
- Raise maintenance request to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with the implementation of best practice procedures to minimise variances
- Assist with the scheduling and rostering of the warehouse team
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
- Ability to work within a collaborative team environment
About you:
- Certificate III in Warehousing and distribution or similar (highly desirable)
- You will have demonstrated experience in warehouse operations
- You will have experience leading a team
- Knowledge of Food Safety requirements in a warehouse (highly desired)
- You will have a proactive approach to your team and personal tasks
- Current Forklift & Drivers licence
