About The Company
Our client is a multinational manufacturer, supplying world leading products to the transportation industry. They are renowned for their high end products and exceptional employee engagement.
About the Role
As the highest systems authority, you will be based at the head office in Western Sydney, working hand in hand with the IT and Warehouse divisions.
- Troubleshooting warehouse system related issues
- Coordinate all hardware maintenance including WMS hardware (scanners and barcode) and equipment
- Assist users on problem resolution including LN
- Resolve systems issues (error logs, system maintenance) with corporate IT
- Schedule and perform regular user training
- Write and update the necessary ISO procedures
- Develop and maintain training manuals pertaining to WMS and NGS
- Maintain appropriate record keeping in accordance with ISO
- Define user name, passwords and access maintenance, system security
- Maintain freight details in WMS system
- Database management
- Quarterly reporting to the US in regards to system integrity
- Assisting in the warehouse when required
The Successful Applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- A professional and enthusiastic attitude.
- Able to multitask & manage time effectively
- SQL or MS Access experience advantageous
- Experience with MS Office suite essential
- LF & LO Forklift ticket essential
- Strong computer troubleshooting skills.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Excellent organizational skills & ability to prioritize.
- Ability to work off hours as needed.
- Ability to travel when required.
