Warehouse Team Leader

• Hazelmere location
• Day Shift - 7am to 3pm with some OT from 5am
• Fulltime hours available Monday to Friday
• $40.89 per hour plus penalty rates & superannuation
• Ongoing position with a market leader
• MUST be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test
• MUST be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
• MUST have own reliable car and valid Driver's Licence
• MUST be physically fit and reliable

Our client is currently seeking a experienced Warehouse Team Leader available for an immediate start working for a high-profile Transport and Logistics client based in Hazelmere.

The successful applicants will have:

• Team Leader experience in the Transport and Logistics sector is critical
• Excellent customer service skills and natural ease in dealing with people
• Outstanding verbal and written communications/interpersonal skills
• Efficient and courteous telephone technique
• Eye for detail and accuracy
• Time management skills / able to multitask and prioritise workloads
• Goods Inwards/outwards receipting experience essential
• Microsoft Suite essential
• SAP / WMS experience essential
• Forklift Licence (LF) will be highly preferred

To be considered for this role:

• Warehouse Team Leader experience
• Ability to supervise, mentor, motivate and influence persons within area of responsibility
• Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• SAP / WMS experience essential
• Microsoft Suite experience essential
• Able to meet expectations, KPI's and targets for the off- site receipting (OSR) team
• Current Forklift License (LF) highly desirable
• Forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment highly desirable

• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Accurate data entry into a variety of systems including SAP/WMS
• High level attention to detail
• Exposure to the resource industry material control
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude with a common sense approach to all tasks
• Be responsible, reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Good team player and ability to work well with others
• Have 2 contactable references
