The role and its responsibilities will be tailored to the applicant's skillset and previous experience, thus previous experience is an advantage but not required.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- To be vigilant, reliable, and able to maximize claims and yet ensure that all Volkswagen policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed to the required standard.
- Ensure the appropriate warranty processes are followed and claim and repairs orders are entered accurately into required systems.
- Communicating warranty processes and requirements to with other staff.
- Ensure compliance with all group and stakeholder required policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes/skills:
- A general understanding of vehicles and their components.
- Attention to detail
- Time Management and Organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administration skills
- An approachable, friendly personality
- General Computer literacy
