The ideal candidate for this role will ideally have experience with warranty policy and procedures.
About the role:
- Assist Service Advisors in assessing warranty matters
- Compiling and completing warranty claims following guidelines set by the Manufacturer
- Keep valid, current and legible records of all claims submitted
- Maintain warranty storage of return parts and return all parts requested tagged within the Manufacturers time frame
- Maintain clear direction on factory policy decisions
- Maintain adherence to the Motor Dealers Act
- Maximise warranty rebate costs to each RO claim, staying within the Manufacturer’s guidelines
- Internal Costings of Repair Orders
- Assist Service reception when required
Do you have?
- Previous warranty experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate skills within the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
