  • Negotiable start & finish times, based on a 40 hour week.
About the Role:
Skillforce Recruitment requires a Warranty Manager to come onboard for one of our clients who specialise in the leading edge of agricultural supplies in the southern suburbs of Perth. 
  
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
  
  • Act as the go-to expert for all warranty-related matters for warranty staff throughout our dealer network across Australia.
  • Support warranty claim entry & management in line with our system processes
  • Adjudicate on return warranties, where needed, ensuring accurate completion of adjudication reports.
  • Challenge Manufacturers Rejections & Under Payments.
  • Nurture and maintain good working relationships with customers, colleagues, and third-party companies.
  • Collaborate with the National service team to see all warranty related programs & claims are handled in an efficient and customer centric manner.
  • Manage the warranty process in alignment with the company's objectives, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
  • Oversee and support the preparation and delivery of reports on all warranty aspects to internal stake holders as well as individual dealerships.
  • Review all claims prior to submission to ensure all information required is included prior to lodging with the manufacture or assessed internally for approval
  • Analyse dealers warranty rejection ratios and implement process improvements.
  • Oversee warranty processes to minimize risk at time of audit (Health Checks).
  • Help Implement practical solutions to common warranty concerns such as poor paperwork from technicians.
  • Provide guidance to dealer’s warranty staff to maximize claim return value.
  • Balance daily operational requirements with longer-terms strategic focus.
  • Conduct product awareness and warranty management training for dealers.
  • In conjunction with wider input, design and/or advise on creative solutions to strategic and tactical challenges.
  • Communicate concerns and insights to the General Manager & Financial controller as needed.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.
  
  
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience with a proven track record of managing business warranty systems.
  • Experienced in OEM Warranty management, Project Management, Influencing Key Stakeholders and creating substantial outcomes.
  • OEM Construction Industry Experience Desirable.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
  • Attention to detail & problem solving.
  • Organisation skills
  • Previous experience in technical leadership or mentoring roles
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Current Drivers Licence & Vehicle
  • Ability to pass a PEM & D&A Test
