2024 is a pivotal year for the Water Business Group, with a robust pipeline of work driving our ambitious growth plans for the national team. We currently have multiple opportunities, ranging from experienced engineers to technical leadership roles, in our Brisbane, Gold Coast, and/or Sunshine Coast offices.

These roles support our Water Utilities, Water and Wastewater Treatment, and/or Asset Management & Planning (AMP) teams.

We are involved in some of Australia's industry leading water programs and clients including:

  • Logan Water Partnership, Logan City Council
  • Wastewater Regional Program and Water Southern Zones Programs, Urban Utilities
  • Capital Delivery Office (CDO), TasWater
  • Gold Coast PSP
  • Delivering 4 Customers, Sydney Water
  • SA Water Engineering Panel

About you
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil, Environmental, Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • CPEng and RPEQ; or working towards
  • Experience in the Australian water industry with water utilities, treatment and/or water modelling experience essential;
  • Technical skills across a broad range of areas in the water sector
  • Ability to break down complex problems, develop cohesive strategic responses, and then present to stakeholders to come to an agreement on a preferred way forward;
  • Demonstrated experience ‘thinking outside the box’ and challenging the status quo;
  • Identify strategic risks, situations where these risks may become problematic during project delivery and inform the project team.
  • Interest in the environmental, sustainability and social impacts of our work and ability to take this into account when developing decision making processes.
  • Experience in the application of modelling software and/or analytics techniques.
