Skillinvest on behalf of GWMWater, an exciting opportunity exists for a Trainee to join their Service Delivery team in Donald. This is an entry level position and the successful applicant will complete a Certificate III in Water Industry Operations.
Duties Include:
- Liaise with customers, GWMWater employees and other service providers in relation to service requests, system faults and customer complaints
- Operate and maintain water and wastewater systems and assets
- Engage contractors for assistance with faults or works when required
- Identify and assist in the solution to any communication and workflow problems observed
- Gaining qualifications and licenses by completing the required training for the role
