Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Brisbane-based Water Process Engineering Technical Leader to join our South Queensland team. You will play a pivotal role leading the successful technical delivery of water treatment projects for our clients, supported by our team of passionate engineers, planners, designers, technical specialists and management.

Working with a flexible, welcoming and high-performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Leading high-performance teams in the process planning and design for water and wastewater treatment infrastructure.
- Managing and delivering high quality technical outcomes autonomously and as part of a team, including investigation, analysis and design tasks to support water treatment infrastructure throughout the design lifecycle.
- Working with clients, fostering ongoing relationships to define and deliver their water and wastewater system solutions.
- Leading and winning work and market-led innovative offerings.
- Managing time and resources to achieve financial targets within projects with respect to new work and chargeable time.
What you will bring to the team:
- Engineering Degree and have attained Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) status.
- Greater than 15 years' industry experience.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in the operation, planning and/or design of municipal and/or industrial water treatment infrastructure and associated works.
