The Role:
We're in search of a dynamic hospitality expert eager to take on an engaging project brimming with growth potential. As part of the team, you'll collaborate closely with the Department Head and our management team across both venues. Your primary responsibility will involve spearheading the advancement of the venue and supervising front-of-house. You will be a great brand ambassador with the company's core values at the forefront. Experience managing functions and events is a bonus!
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Venue Manager overseeing teams and implementing operational efficiencies to further the performance of the locations.
- Previous experience overseeing the employee life-cycle including on-boarding, training, and development of the team.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a large team.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment with previous experience addressing feedback or concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Strong understanding of financials with previous experience managing revenue, labour, stock ordering, and overall profitability
