About the Role:

Then we want to hear from you. This role supports the Operations, Production and Treatment Team in the day plant operations and ensuring the water quality guidelines are achieved. This role that gives you an opportunity to apply and learn a diverse range of skills to build a successful career in the Water and Wastewater Industry.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure safe efficient and effective operation of the Water Treatment plants.
  • General plant maintenance (repair/service/calibration of plant equipment).
  • Conduct daily operations in accordance with documented quality assured system procedures.
  • Input into development/improvement of quality system procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively to ensure team goals are achieved.

Skills Knowledge and Experience:

  • Ability to work under limited direction
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Be a team player and have a positive attitude
  • Have high attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • White Card

This position may require intrastate travel as an essential aspect of the role to support team flexibility and coverage. Some out of hours work and participating in an on-call roster will be required as part of this role.
