About the Roles

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Mining & Civil Operators for work across the Central Highlands and Bowen Basin.

Pay Rates vary from $48 - $59.50 per hour Flat Rate dependant on Role, Site & Roster

These positions are to commence ASAP and are potentially ongoing.

• Service Truck Operators
• Compactor Operators
• Backhoe Operators
• Roller Operator

Rosters:
5/2 days/nights
7/7 days /night - Even time days/nights roster
7/7 days only
4/5/5/4 Lifestyle roster

Supplying to sites, listed below but not limited to: -

• Olive Downs
• Moorvale South
• Saraji
• Lake Lindsay
• Dawson
• Gregory
• BMA Blackwater

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Must have relevant RII ticket and minimum 12 month's exp or Signed Skills Record
Current Drivers Licence and reliable transport
Current SOA - Standard 11 (Mining Roles)
Current Coal Board Medical or be able to pass (Mining Roles)
Ability to make your own way to site

GENERIC REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to pass a D&A test
Reliable and flexible
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work unsupervised and with others
