S.E.M Seal is a family-owned company offering expert installation and repair of waterproofing system's and caulking solutions throughout Metropolitan Melbourne. We are looking for a motivated Waterproofer (x1) and a Caulker (x1) to join our expanding team in a full-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Work effectively in a team or independently to complete projects efficiently and effectively, whilst maintaining SEM Seal's high standards. Maintain all tools of trade in good working condition. Adhere to SEM Seal's O H & S protocols at all times. As listed below, each role has additional requirements:
Role #1: Waterproofer
- Preparation and waterproofing of internal areas (wet areas, etc)
- Preparation and waterproofing of external ares (rooftops, planters, basements, retaining walls, etc)
- Use of various waterproofing membranes
Role #2: Caulker
- Application of silicone & polyurethane to internal and external structures
- Application of polyurethane to tilt panels and control joints
Skills & Experience
- Experience preferred (Willing to provide training to the right candidate)
- Current White Card
- Current Drivers License
- Health & Safety focused
- High Attention to detail
- Punctual and excellent time management skills
