Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Waterproofer Torch Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in torching below-ground sheet membranes and a strong understanding of the application process. As a Waterproofer Torch Hand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our waterproofing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Torch below-ground sheet membranes using Soprema BSW NG and Soprema Colphene 3000 products.
• Ensure proper installation and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow project specifications and instructions accurately.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Waterproofer Torch Hand or similar role.
• Proficiency in torching below-ground sheet membranes.
• Familiarity with Soprema products is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
