BLUTEC Waterproofing is a family owned company that is known for quality application services, using high calibre membrane products and perfect on-time performance within a builder's booking window.

We're looking to grow our team, we currently have high quality, passionate and experienced waterproofers and are looking for another waterproofer to help grow the dream team even more!

BLUTEC provides peace of mind by priding ourselves on following the FULL technical product data sheet of all products we use. Our “secret" is perfect preparation of substrates, commitment to building a team exclusively of skilled trustworthy trades, appropriate product selection for use and following all TDS's. 

Our KM radius service window is 100KM N-S-E-W of CBD Brisbane. We as a company integrate our time schedules with builder’s construction windows to provide seamless transitions between fore and after trades. Our window of time allocated for the standard job is 1-2 days. 

We go above and beyond for our clients and as a team we collaborate to deliver great workmanship.

Qualifications & experience

• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Initiative and attention to detail
• Punctual with excellent time management
• Honest and reliable
• Injury free and able to fulfil the physical demands of the role
• Excellent navigational and communication skills
• Ability to use technology and basic scheduling software
• Minimum 1+ Year Waterproofing Experience
• Preferred experience using polyurethane membrane

Tasks & responsibilities

• Scheduling the day according to responsibilities
• Product selection according to job responsibilities
• Preparation of waterproofing substrates
• Installation of waterproofing products on substrates to Australian Standards
• Note taking and job records in scheduling software
• Supporting other team members with overall workload
