A great opportunity exists for a retail and customer experience team member to join the accessories and clothing department in this well-known SEA-DOO watercraft dealership to work with some of the best in the industry.

Within this role you will:

• Offer customer service to our valued retail customers
• Bring experience in exceptional retail customer service and upsell to the consumers requirements
• Receipt orders from our vendors
• Participate in stock take
• Participate in supplier training programs.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Merchandise retail displays and be responsible for maintaining inventory levels
• Must be able to work alone as well as a part of a team with a self managing approach to success
• Have excellent organisation skills
• The ability to work effectively with multiple departments within the business

As the successful candidate, you will bring the following attributes to the role-

• A passion for watercraft, marine activity, motorcycles or powersports recreation
• Previous leadership experience
• Retail experience that can be transferred to this role
• Strong attention to detail
• Natural ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
• The desire to create a career, not just a “job”  
• Must be proficient in numeracy and accurate counting. 
• A sound understanding of watersports i.e. (wakeboarding, wake surfing or water skiing) will be viewed favorably as this job role will also look after parts of the Pro Shop.  

Our primary focus when growing is promoting staff from within the business. Staff members of 10+ years have proven this with senior managers working there way up from entry level roles. With the large scale of the business, future roles are constantly being developed that may be more suitable for particular staff members. 

JSW Powersports since 1998 has had loads of people relocate to the Beautiful Gold Coast and JSW may be able to assist with this.
