Our healthy Green Bean Café operates Monday to Friday 8am – 3pm, which makes it ideal for an experienced hospitality worker who would like to continue to provide excellent customer service whilst enjoying the privilege of not working on weekends & long weekends, in addition to generous annual leave and salary entitlements.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated hospitality individual who wants to join the WDHS Hamilton café team and has the experience to support our café supervisor in all catering aspects of our Green Bean Café.
WDHS Green Bean Café is recognised as a leader in health retail outlets and has a reputation for providing healthy nutritious meals to staff and our community.
Responsibilities include customer service excellence, barista duties, supporting catering requirements, day-to-day operations of the café, food preparation, merchandising, vending management, food safety and cleaning obligations, café trainee staff supervision and training and general café duties.
The suitable applicant will supervise café staff and work with our café chefs and report directly to our Café Supervisor and Food Services Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a food service team that strives for excellence. Typically, this permanent position is part-time 35hrs per week, weekday Monday to Friday shifts between 7.30am and 3.30pm.

The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, a current National Criminal Police Check. Dependant on your position you may be required to obtain a Working with Children Check Clearance, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check and / or NDIS Worker Screening Check. All successful applicants are to comply with WDHS immunisation and vaccination requirements, including COVID and Booster.
