- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring we always have what we need.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in training and supervising staff.
- Ensure the cafe is clean and meets health and safety standards.
- Support the Cafe Manager with daily operations.
