How will I help?The relationships we have with our high-net-worth customers are one of the key cornerstones of our business. The role of the
Wealth Associate is to service the needs of our HNW clients and to support our Wealth Directors retain and grow new and existing GIS client relationships. As a
Wealth Associate you will play a key role in coordinating the delivery of our service proposition. Your role will include the following:
- Be the first point of contact for the day to day questions or queries of GIS Clients around their GIS portfolio.
- Facilitate the efficient execution of GIS client needs through effective engagement of our service partners.
- Set up and GIS Accounts for new clients.
- Assist with the administration of new offerings which includes sending Digital Investment Opportunities to clients and follow up.

What do I need?As
Wealth Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the Wealth Director to engage clients and ensure a consistent delivery of exceptional client experience is delivered. Your finesse with relationship building will ensure a seamless experience for HNW clients and their portfolio management needs.In addition, the below skills will be considered favourably:
- Exposure to financial markets and investment solutions
- Tertiary qualifications in a business- or finance-related discipline (desirable)
- Exceptional attention to detail
