We are rapidly growing and need highly qualified and multi-skilled professionals to create technological and administrative process solutions.
For this position, the candidate must have the following qualifications:
Web development (websites, automations, API integrations)
Graphic design (logo development, creating flyers, brochures, and other printed materials for product catalogues)
IT management (assess, implement, and support the company's IT sector, including maintaining computers and email systems)
Team activity management (assist in implementing our CRM, support the team with work routines, create tutorials, and provide training for involved personnel)
High proficiency in instructional design for educational content
Ideal Experience in one or more of the following:
Conducting requirements analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems and developing solutions.
Mapping and documenting interfaces between legacy and new systems.
Developing and directing system and application testing and validation procedures.
Providing training and user manuals to users of new or modified systems or applications.
Designing, developing, publishing, and maintaining websites and virtual stores.
Providing website support services for the company.
Carrying out the development of website projects.
Researching, consulting, analysing, and evaluating system program needs.
Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures, and methods.
Testing, debugging, diagnosing, and correcting errors and faults in application programming languages within established testing protocols, guidelines, and quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification.
Writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements, system designs, and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards.
Writing, updating, and maintaining technical programs, end-user documentation, and operational procedures.
Providing advice, guidance, and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities such as financial evaluation and costings for recommending software purchases and upgrades.
Training other team members to perform routine activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in website development (+ digital campaign management if applicable) within a marketing agency or similar environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with team members and clients.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide easy-to-digest insights.
Necessary Skills:
Development experience with programming languages.
SQL database or relational database skills.
Advanced knowledge of WordPress.
Advanced knowledge of Moodle.
Understanding of web accessibility concepts.
Proficiency in languages such as PHP, JavaScript, CSS, Sass, XML, HTML, SOAP, REST, and JSON.
Experience working with SCRUM and Kanban methodologies.
Experience with hosting and site management.
Experience with reporting tools such as Google Analytics and DataStudio.
Strong project management and team leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers and designers.
Proficiency in using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Jira.
High proficiency in Service Desk tools like GLPI and Live Helper Chat.
