Web & Content Manager

Ongoing position within a small Fed Gov Agency | No Clearance needed - Aus Citizenship required

Your new company 
You will join a small and close-knit Federal Government Agency centrally located in the heart of Canberra. As an experienced Web and Content Manager, you will join a dedicated and multidisciplinary Communications Team that shares the interesting stories from the Agency, highlighting the important work that is taking place. 
Your new role 
As a Senior member of this Communication Team, you will work closely with the ICT branch to act as the technical manager of this Agency's intranet, public-facing website, microsites and partner agency portals. To do this, you will: 

• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance these platforms
• Collect and synthesise web analytics and reporting 
• Look after aspects of the Drupal and SharePoint administration, including publishing 
• As part of this role, there may also be opportunities to work across photography, traditional communication and media activities and audio visual editing.

What you'll need to succeed 
To be successful in this role, you will have knowledge of or experience in: 

• Web development / web publishing on SharePoint and Drupal.
• Federal Government standards, including the DTA's Digital Services Standards, style guides and WCAG.
• Graphic or Web design, with experience in audio-visual being highly regarded.
