What your exciting days will look like:
- Leading the web design experience for Australia and developing markets, ensuring brand consistency and alignment.
- Partnering with web developers to build seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Collaborating with content designers to create marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
- Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Contributing to the design system and championing its adoption within the team.
- Applying UX principles to innovate and provide solutions based on customer feedback and business objectives.
- Demonstrating leadership through collaboration, inclusivity, and respect for diverse perspectives.
- Applied experience with Figma - storyboarding, wireframing, prototyping
- Proven experience in visual/digital design with a focus on web design.
- Experience working with developers, design systems, and various marketing channels (email, social, display, print).
- Strong understanding of visual design principles and their application in integrated marketing.
- Curiosity for new ideas, commitment to customer feedback, and ability to iterate rapidly.
- Experience with customer research and translating findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on building stakeholder relationships.
