 Web Producer/ Project Manager – Part time - Hybrid

Opportunity for an experienced Web Producer to manage end to end website builds, custom development and more. You will be the driving force behind projects, ensuring they are delivered successfully and on time, and serve as the go-to expert for both clients and the internal team, possessing an in-depth understanding of project details and requirements.

Most of our websites are built in WordPress so expertise in that CMS is paramount but a broader knowledge will be welcome. The workload is flexible, currently around 16 - 24 hours across a five-day week with some work required to be done every day. 

Much of the work can be done remotely but office attendance in Brookvale will be required at least 1 full day per week. You will need to be well organised, thorough, and accurate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. This role requires a great deal of customer contact, so good interpersonal skills are essential.

Requirements

• You Need to be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency to be eligible
• Recent experience in an agency environment will be well regarded.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing web development projects in a digital agency or similar
• Experience in technical requirement gathering, scoping, and estimating 
• Technical knowledge of WordPress and other open source CMSs 
• Experience with big web builds and custom applications
• Knowledge of common web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
• Well organised and able to manage multiple projects
• Process driven and accurate with a good eye for detail
• Familiarity with campaign platforms like Adobe, Salesforce Marketing, Cloud
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Teams, Confluence etc.
• Able to work well with creative and developer colleagues

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately scope and define web development projects, including project requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate project delivery on time, on budget, and to the brief.
• Translate complex technical ideas into simple, understandable concepts for both clients and internal team members.
• Take responsibility for project management and delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budgets. 
• Create and manage training, user guides, video tutorials, and support materials for clients and internal team members.
• Translate logical planning into clear project plans, schedules, and documents.
• Ensure a high level of quality assurance for all internal & external projects.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects.
• Serve as the main client interface on tech projects, clarifying strategic requirements, explaining complex ideas clearly, and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, and other agency programs effectively.
• Stay up to date with digital development technologies and maintain expertise in quality assurance processes.
• Complete daily timesheets in WorkflowMax.
