Why Your Role Matters:
The Senior Web Producer is responsible for the migration of the current UNSW Student website from Drupal to Adobe Experience Manager, with the aim of delivering an outstanding web experience to UNSW students and making it easy for students to self-serve and solve or connect with the right support service.
Who You Are:
Seeking an experienced Senior Web Producer to lead the migration of UNSW's Current Student website onto Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). In this critical role, you will manage external vendors, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure a best-in-class online experience for students. If you have experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud, UX design best practices and delivering complex web projects, please apply.
- A relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any combination of education, training, and student recruitment experience.
- Advanced level of computer literacy with experience working with Adobe Marketing Cloud, specifically Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics, excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience with the application of UX design best practices, and an interest in UI design.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of digital marketing / ecommerce, with an understanding of sales funnels and activation. Experience in student recruitment will be highly regarded.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to engage people of all ages, including those from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of students, staff, and external stakeholders. High level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- An understanding of and commitment to UNSW's aims, objectives and values in action, together with relevant policies and guidelines.
- Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant health and safety training
