An established Federal Government Department is looking for and experienced Web Publisher to join a multi-disciplined team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Departments intranet and external websites to ensure they meet the Australian Government digital standards and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. The successful Web Publisher will be offered an initial contract to June 2025 with 2 x 12 month extension options!
The successful Web Publisher will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Assisting with the delivery of web content drafting
- Formatting and producing web content drafts in SharePoint Content Management system
- Producing case notes, weekly reports and updates to standard operational procedures
The successful Web Publisher must have experience in the following
- Experience working with SharePoint Content Management Systems
- Demonstrated experience in Website Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
- Qualifications in Web Development or Content Design will be highly regarded
- Experience in working in a fast paced operational environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
