The Opportunity

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers with any queries regarding their accounts through the Blackwoods website. As a Support Specialist, you will also play an integral role in working with the Sales Team to promote Blackwoods digital channels and foster a compelling digital offering for customers.

This is a permanent, full time opportunity and will be based onsite at Blackwoods Greystanes.

Some of the tasks in the role:

-         Satisfactorily resolve queries (via phone and email) relating to customer web accounts

-         Act as the first point of contact for customers for queries related/issues related to the Blackwoods website

-         Support with the promotion of the Blackwoods website as a channel for conducting business

-         Collaborate with the Sales Team to tailor an online offering in line with customer requirements

-         Provide reporting to stakeholders to support with the Blackwoods digital strategy

Some of the skills required:

-         Exposure to a customer centric working environment

-         Previous experience with eCommerce and ERP platforms

-         High level time management and task prioritisation

-         Ability to problem solve to mitigate issues both present and future

-         Intermediate experience with the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
