TeamHQ is a fast growing scaleup with hundreds of customers in the K-12 education sector across the world. We’re looking for a recent graduate to join us in our Customer Onboarding team to help us service our growing customer base and take our product offerings to the next level.
Learn what it really means to communicate with our customers on a daily basis, balance competing priorities across your whole customer base and distill it into requirements for our engineering team to build a product that absolutely delights our customers.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Provide onboarding webinars to our new customers. You will be trained in how to provide webinars via Teams and you will learn our products back-to-front to ensure you can answer customers' questions in real time.
- Help keep our Knowledgebase up-to-date. Whenever new features are released, existing features are updated, knowledgebase articles will have to be written and posted to the ‘What’s New’ section of our websites. Sometimes you will have to record a screencast.
- Respond to Customer Support cases on our Freshdesk portal - the vast majority of our support requests are actually new feature requests, feature suggestions or bug reports.
- If you see repeating issues in support or repeated suggestions in your onboarding sessions, then work with the Product Management team to incorporate improvements that will solve this into our products.
This role will report to our Product Managers and will be responsible for assisting to develop strategies to protect and grow our product portfolio.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Recently completed a university degree
- Strong interest in the technology industry
- Good public speaking skills - you will have to provide Teams in an educational capacity to different customers on a constant basis.
- Experienced or exposure to project management tools like Trello or Jira is desirable
- Good communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, and telephone and presentation essential
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
- Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
- Strong analytical skills, ability to solve problems to generate ideas and solutions
- Good customer service skills and ability to build good relationships
