About the role:
Support Victoria Legal Aid's (VLA's) strategic priorities through coordinating high quality and engaging digital content across different online platforms.
Working collaboratively with our digital content manager, you will be responsible for ensuring Website Content is accurate, current, and meets digital content usability standards. You'll also coordinate a streamlined approach to Website Content maintenance. In addition, you will use your excellent teamwork skills to support initiatives and contribute to various projects.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
About you:
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Experience working with a content management system (any experience with Drupal will be highly regarded).
- Demonstrated experience of Website Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and website usability principles.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with plain language expertise.
- Experience using web analytics tools with an ability to interpret data and make evidence-based recommendations.
- An ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines.
