As a key member of the OFX.com website squad within the digital, website, and data team, you'll play a crucial role in executing and refining the OFX.com website. You'll manage the administrative aspects of the OFX.com platform, particularly WordPress, collaborating with internal teams to implement the user experience and ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.Role & Responsibilities
  • Actively contribute to the growth of the website, traffic, and conversions by working with the full stack OFX.com web squad, which includes specialists in SEO, CRO, Design, UX, Content, Analytics, and Tech.
  • Implement new content, templates, and platform configurations. Plan and build new blocks, pages, and templates, and add reusable assets.
  • Serve as the go-to WordPress expert, contributing to platform configurations, building menus, and managing available content and assets.
  • Update existing content in line with business requirements and guidance from brand, legal, and compliance teams, ensuring scalable and automated implementation.
  • Manage and maintain web assets, train new staff on platform usage, create and maintain documentation in Confluence, and collaborate with the technology team to provide feedback and assist with bugs and feature updates.
What You Bring
  • Expertise in WordPress, including configurations, features, and customizations.
  • Ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute web content management in alignment with the web strategy.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and preferably JS. Familiarity with various digital systems, platforms, and CMS'.
  • A natural problem-solving disposition with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong team player mentality.
Qualifications
  • University degree or equivalent in a related field (Marketing, Computer Science, Web Development).
  • 5+ years of web producer experience with expert knowledge in web content management and previous experience on a high-volume, large-scale website.
  • Expert level knowledge of WordPress and working knowledge of Google Marketing Suite (Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Experience running A/B tests and growth experiments, strong knowledge of web content management, and previous experience providing content support to a high volume of stakeholders.
