Webster Packing/ Dispensary Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic person to join our team. We are offering the right candidate a permanent Part-time position Monday, Tuesday & Saturdays. (We will consider school hours for the right candidate)

Previous dispensary experience essential and must have worked in a similar role within Australia as the job will be primarily Webster packing.

Working closely with the Pharmacists, your duties will include:

• Actively assist the Pharmacists in providing exceptional patient care and service, including the provision of relevant and appropriate health information,
• Webster Packing duties
• Dispense medications
• Updating/Maintaining webster patient files,
• Assisting patients with their prescriptions and general enquiries,
• Liaising with doctors, as required,
• Maintain optimal level of all webster stationary and stock,
• Ensure all duties are performed, including organising and maintaining the cleanliness of the Webster packing area
• Providing support to other team members, and perform general pharmacy Assistant duties
• General retail and customer service, including Front of Shop and Point of Sale (Register).

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate

• Previous experience in a dispensary as the role will be primarily webster packing
• Be reliable & honest 
• Have strong attention to detail and be able to follow instructions.
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Possess a positive disposition and good communication skills
• Excellent computer skills,
• Work well in a busy environment & within a team.
