Company Overview:

Tones & Harmony is a creative Photography company specialising in weddings and events. With a portfolio spanning over 10 years, Tones & Harmony prides itself on delivering Wedding Photography that feels authentic.

As a Wedding Photographer Administration Specialist at Tones & Harmony, you will play a vital role in managing the company’s interaction with its clientele and how the company presents itself. We are seeking an organised individual who can help the company move forward more efficiently, maintain engagement, and uphold good customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organise client data on Studio Ninja, develop and implement social media strategies to improve the account’s performance, and create content for events to maximise the brand’s visibility. 

Social media marketing includes, but is not limited to, monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and the like. 

Communicate well with the Tones & Harmony team to hone in branding and design trend for the brand.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in design is preferred.

Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio in branding.

Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Excellent writing and communication skills and able to adapt to the brand’s voice.

Proficient in Studio Ninja, Pic Time, Flick social media management, Google Office, Adobe Suite
