Wedding and Function Coordinator

The role of Function and Wedding Coordinator is full time role with every second weekend off. You will be responsible for assisting the Function and Wedding Manager with weddings and events.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

* Responsible for the initial enquiry through to the sales process, event co-ordination and on day execution
* Maintaining of wedding & function databases
* Admin related tasks such as providing quotes and contracts
* Answering calls from clients
* Undertaking site visits with potential clients
* Preparation and maintenance of detailed event run sheets
* Coordinate the room set up and check all client needs
* Coordination of events – communication with clients, vendors, and staff to ensure all bookings are undertaken with professionalism and are accurately documented

Skills and experience: 
* Experience within a similar style role or may be suitable for an events graduate.
* Exceptional communication skills and positive manner
* Strong organisational skills and a passion for helping others
* Available for flexible working hours according to business needs
* iVvy CRM experience preferred but not essential
* RSA Certified, or willingness to complete
* Must be willing to work weekend days
