Groote Eylandt is Australia's largest Manganese mining operation, and under the arrangement WorkPac will provide Industrial and Professional employees to help drive productivity and growth across all facets of the operation.
What You Will Be Doing
The Operator Arboriculture-Horticulture safely executes operations that include Weed Management, Arboriculture and Horticultural grounds maintenance works throughout Alyangula and around GEMCOâs mining infrastructure areas. The purpose of this role is to provide continued capacity for Operations Services to deliver high value services to GEMCO whilst enhancing indigenous participation and skills development.
What You Will Need
LR or MR truck license
Ability to pass Pre Employment medical
Exposure to working in hot climates
Experience and capability in weed control, mowing, and labouring
Any of: Certificate Arboriculture, Certificate Horticulture, Certificate Conservation Land Management, Truck Driving
