AddressWe are seeking a Weekend Chef for an Aged Care facility on Sydney's Lower North Shore - near Gladesville.
The Role:
Saturday & Sunday
9am - 5:30pm
$30 per hour + loadings
40 Bed facility
You will work with your team to ensure residents’ dietary needs are met with varied and nutritious food.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing and presenting food for the residents
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
- Providing fast, effective service with a positive attitude
- Australian citizen or resident with full work rights
- Experience as a Chef in Aged Care
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills
