We are One Peninsula Health.What You Will Be DoingPeninsula At Home Subacute is a 7 day a week service that aims to deliver quality, evidenced based, multidisciplinary rehabilitation care to patients in their own home, which would otherwise have been delivered in a hospital bed. This occupational therapy position provides weekend service to the At Home Subacute patient
cohort, including assessment and intervention for patients being cared for under neurological, orthopaedic, rehabilitation, GEM or palliative Care streams. This position is to work on weekends in the service.What You NeedWe anticipate you will have:

• Current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (via AHPRA).
• Demonstrated competence in Occupational Therapy clinical service provision, including evidenced based assessment, intervention and discharge planning.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in the community setting and be self-directed.
• Current driver's license.

Selection Criteria Essential: Do you have current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (via AHPRA)?
