AddressExperienced Welder
We are currently seeking an experienced welder to assist in the repairs and maintenance of Heavy Vehicles & equipment on a full-time basis. We are a family owned and operated business located in Altona North.
This role will include a range of different requirements, from simple repairs to some that are also quite challenging. Safety is our priority so you will need to be highly experienced and confident in your ability.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Repairs & maintenance of Heavy Vehicles & trailers
- Preventative maintenance & inspections
- Fault finding & troubleshooting
- Experience essential
- Completion of job cards & service sheets
- Other related workshop duties
To be a successful applicant you will require the following:
- Trade qualification
- Outstanding welding skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- A can-do attitude & desire to take on challenges
- Own mask & gloves
- Current driver licence
- Knowledge of OH&S requirements in a busy mechanical workshop
- Strong communication skills
