Form of workWe’ve recently partnered with a respected manufacturer of industrial machinery, and are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to contribute to the fabrication of essential components for our machinery. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate fabrication and welding of various metal parts.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
- Utilize a range of fabrication tools, including presses, brakes, drills, and saws.
- Cut, form, and assemble metal parts according to specifications.
- Perform high-quality MIG welding on various metals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Trade certification in welding or fabrication, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in welding or fabrication.
- Familiarity with large machinery and equipment preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and analyzing technical drawings.
- Exceptional MIG welding skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical capability to lift large objects and perform job duties effectively.
