Address We are looking for a Wellbeing Assistant (Also known as Recreation Activities Assistant) to work at our 64 bed Residential Aged Care home based in Dungog. Experience working in Lifestyle/Recreational Activities teams in Aged care/Disability/Community services desirable
Cert IV in Leisure and Health or working towards one
A sound understanding of aged care and the principles guiding this sector
General computer skills
Australian work rights
NDIS Workers Screening Check or willing to obtain
It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid RSL LifeCare Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
