The Role
This is a hybrid role based in Berkeley Vale, NSW.
We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Business Advisory team for an Assistant Management Accountant. The role works closely with our management team to provide the financial support to enable them to make informed business decisions and effectively manage their area(s) of our business. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Financial performance monitoring
- Detailed variance analysis
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Assisting with advertising forecasting overhead spend
- Contributing to annual budget preparation
- Working collaboratively across departments to prepare and assist in reviewing proposals to support management in achieving their objectives.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce with a major in Accounting
- Completing or desire to complete CPA, CA or equivalent qualification
- 1+ year related practical experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Power BI skills highly regarded
- Strong customer focus and team orientation
- The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Good attention to detail
