Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement activities related to the successful injury management of work-related injuries, including early intervention strategies, to optimise recovery at work outcomes.
- Consult with injured workers and managers to identify appropriate alternate duties and conduct regular reviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide advice to managers, supervisors, and health and safety partners regarding injury management practices, issues, and trends.
- Provide accurate information to the Return To Work and Authorised Insurer when required.
- Manage and support non-work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Travel to sites across the region, as required.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in injury management.
- Demonstrated experience in workplace-based rehabilitation.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
- High-level organisational skills with expertise in effective work and process planning.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills to negotiate and drive outcomes.
- The ability to influence practitioners in the workers' compensation industry.
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills, including effective communication with workers, managers, and medical providers.
