Role Overview
As the Best for Pet Wellness Program Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the pet wellness experience across the VetPartners network. This role focuses on project administration, customer service, and ensuring the successful implementation and rollout of the Best for Pet 2.0 Project.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of the Best for Pet 2.0 Project.
- Provide hypercare support for clinic and customer inquiries over a 12-month period.
- Aid in the rollout of new clinics and engage existing ones in the program.
- Offer expert advice, develop resources, and facilitate training sessions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Technically adept; can quickly grasp new systems and processes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Positive attitude with a knack for fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Effective time management and organizational skills with a proactive approach to deadlines.
- Proficiency in handling data with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Jira and Salesforce (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in customer service and administration within a dynamic setting is highly regarded.
