The Role:
- Assisting the CFO as required with Project reporting, such as costs to complete;
- Assist the HSEQ Manager with managing the Fusion QA platform;
- Providing role cover for other administration staff when required; & Other duties as and when required.
- The delivery of on-time projects
- The attainment of completed projects on-budget
- Complete and accurate project documentation
- Accurate and timely project reporting
- Foster good, and courteous relationship with all staff and customers
- Competency in coverage of cover duties of other administrative team members
- Demonstration of management of critical contract terms and dates.
We are looking for an experienced Projects Administrator who is comfortable supporting construction projects.
- Construction industry experience
- 3+ years experience in managing project budgets and financials
- 3+ years experience in a projects based environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite
- Ability to use & maintain project management software
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field highly regarded but not essential
