About the role:
This role is critical in supporting our Workplace Health and Safety team to ensure that they are effectively delivering on Anglicare's safety strategy.
As a WH&S Administrator you will be responsible for all the back-end activity required for the running of an impactful WH&S team. Ensure staff have the required documentation to perform their duties in a safe and responsible manner, organise and develop collateral for employee training, safety auditing and assist in the implementation of safety initiatives.
Working in a team of 5, you will partner alongside WH&S Business Partners as well as an Injury Management Coordinator. You will support a diverse workforce and gain experience in a growing sector that will see you manage a portfolio across Allied Health workers and staff based in our Sydney Residential facilities.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with:
- strong data entry and administration skills
- developed organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively
- tertiary qualifications or background in WH&S
- experience with WH&S systems
- current NSW drivers license
- Covid - 19 is strongly recommended
