Our client is seeking an WHS Policy Writerfora permanent role to work on their Wireless / Mobile Telecommunication Projects based in Sydney.
Assist senior management to executed and supervise the establishment of a nationwide Integrated Management Systems (IMS) to guarantee the company's adherence to pertinent quality and WHSE standards, prerequisites, and regulations.
Previous experience in Mobile / Wireless Telecommunications project environment is highly regarded.
DUTIES
- Gather information and presented reports on company WHSE & Systems performance during Senior Management Meetings.
- Arrange and took part in internal process audits.
- Document details from Site Inspections, Task Observations, and audits, and took necessary actions for non-conformances.
- Manage company records and resource materials related to its Integrated Management Systems.
- Handle administrative needs for construction projects, including the creation of Project Management Plans.
- Monitor, analyze, and report safety performance to aid in achieving business unit objectives.
- Create and conduct safety training sessions.
- Coordinate injury management and return-to-work plans.
- Interact with clients concerning HSE matters, encompassing non-conformance reporting.
- Carry out incident investigations, ensuring comprehensive assessment and appropriate investigation analysis, actions, follow-ups, reviews, and closures for all incidents.
- Collaborate with contractors and operational teams for regular safety monitoring activities.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees to fulfill work health and safety legal obligations.
- Collaborate with management and staff to implement the company's policies, systems, initiatives, and programs in the NSW/QLD region.
