You will be working for Love Blinds and Awnings, an industry-leading supplier. Love Blinds and Awnings is a market leader on the Gold Coast and is now expanding to establish a presence in Northern NSW and Brisbane territories and beyond. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic sales consultant ideally with some experience of installing Window Furnishings.
As an installer, you will be part of a young, dynamic and professional team with plenty of experience. You will have admin support who will ensure things are prepared ahead of your arrival each day.
Our Window Furnishings range includes blinds, shutters, curtains, awnings and outdoor products.
What you will do
- Work in a team of two in one of our branded vans to make service calls to customers to install Window Furnishings purchased from us.
- Build a relationship with the customer and ensure they are totally satisfied before you leave.
Experience & skills
- Positive attitude toward colleagues and work generally.
- Able to useat a basic level technology and software
- Hold a valid Australian driving license
- Some experience installing Window Furnishings.
- Good Vibes attitude!✌️
- Successfully manage a pipeline of warm leads with outbound site visits and calls.
- Proven success in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding customer service skills
- A strong drive for personal achievement and success
- An ability to maintain integrity in all dealings with both internal & external parties
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving
- The ability to work without supervision
- An eye for detail and excellent measuring skills
- High level of personal presentation
- We are looking for a high-potential person to pair with our National lead installer who will provide on the job training. If this is you and you want to work for a high vibe, young and passionate team then this could be the job for you.
What we provide
- Full time position 36.5 hours a week
